Users can use POST to create a binary collection field group using a single child. If there is more than one child, additional children must be created using PATCH with the entryID of the group added through POST.

Binary files contain resume and other attached document information in iCIMS ATS.

Collection Fields are fields that can contain multiple records such as phones, and addresses on the person profile.

The Customer ID is a unique numeric identifier for each customer and ATS instance.

Vendors can leverage direct links through the iCIMS API for Person and Job Profiles, which allow Platform users to go directly to specific Job or Person Profiles within the Platform from another application.

iForms are electronic data collection forms housed within the iCIMS Talent Platform. All iForms are permanently stored within the Platform and are associated to Recruiting Workflow, Job, or Person Profiles.

The Job Distributor API allows job distributers to communicate the following information with iCIMS:

• Job boards the job has been posted to

• Status of the job board posting

The Job Portal API is available for vendors to use to mimic the job posting behavior as observed within iCIMS Career Portals.

The List API allows users to access and modify the lists within a customer's Platform.

The Profiles Endpoint allows a user to access various profile types within the iCIMS Talent Platform and interact with the information housed within fields on those profiles. 

This endpoint returns the schema details (i.e., what JSON schema should you expect when you ask for the particular data) for a specified profile type, search results, search filters, list of iForms, or specific iForm.

The iCIMS API supports the ability to query (search) for System IDs matching a given set of criteria.

The Workflows Endpoint allows vendors to interact with various workflows, which connect a Job baseProfile and a Person associatedProfile, in the iCIMS Talent Platform.
